STAY AND PLAY, for all ages

caregivers stay to make friends, read, work, chill, or relax while the kids play

Our all outdoor nature play classes offer the space and time for kids to play as they are, no judgments and no adult agendas. Whether it's digging up worms and climbing trees, making secret hideouts and playing soccer with found objects, or making muffins in the mud kitchen--it all happens here. At Brooklyn Wild, children can be their truest selves through play.

And so can grown-ups! At Second Saturday Family Play, caregivers can read, work, relax, make new friends or join the play.

October 12th, November 9th, December 14th, January 11th, February 8th,

March 8th, April 12th, May 10th

$35 per class per family

or $240 for the whole series

Tuition and fees cover:

one-and-a-half hours of outdoor, child-led play with peers, facilitated by experienced playworkers
a chance to relax and make friends with other caregivers who enjoy playing outside
an all-outdoor setting great for mental health and physical development
deep, hands-on connection to our local natural environments
peer interactions that hone problem solving, cooperation and social skills
loose parts play that enhances--and builds!--creativity and inquiry
tuition also covers our shared materials, fair pay for our facilitators, and administrative costs. Please reach out if you’re in need of a scholarship.
